The Senior Programmatic Specialist is responsible for the implementation, management and optimization of campaigns at Coegi. In this role, this person executes effective and innovative Programmatic (display, video, mobile and native) campaigns.

This role is responsible for maintaining internal project management standards, developing direct reports through coaching and professional goals, and contributing to cross-departmental process improvement. The Project Management Supervisor serves as a key connection point between individual contributor execution and Business Operations leadership, supporting departmental training, process documentation, and the rollout of AI-enabled workflows across the team.
